Lately I have been thinking a lot about how fast time has gone by. Chris and I have been married for 8 years. In which that time we have moved 6 times and are getting ready to move again into a house. Jackson is 7 getting ready to turn 8 in July, which he can not wait to get baptized. He is in the Second grade and is one of the top students in his class. We just started him in scorer and for a kid that never has play has picked it up real fast. Chris and I joke that he will be the one to become a big time sports player and make us rich. Jackson's next sport on his list is basketball. As a lot of people know that are family is big time Nascar fans, Jackson and some other people in the family are doing some type of league that where the guess where the drivers will finish. It so fun to hear him talk to Chris and his Grandpa about Nascar you would think that he is an adult. I think that he is in 3rd place but I am not sure cause that is a boy thing.
Corbin is 4 and he is also playing scorer. If you want a good time you need to come see a bunch of 4 year old kids trying to kick a ball and have no clue what they are doing. Owen his best friend and cousin is also on the same team and Owen is a little shy, Corbin is so worried about him that he tries to make sure that he is staying with the team, you will look out on the field and Corbin has his hand around Owen's back encouraging he on. Corbin has been having some issues with his legs. He was diagnosed with Perthes syndrome which is where the upper bone in his leg has no blood supply going to it and will start to get smaller and smaller. Which this will cause flair ups and has been affects him playing soccer. But the good news is the blood will start to flow back to the bone but it can take a couple of years.
Chris and I are doing great. We just went to a Nascar race with Blair, Randy, Barry and Curtis. That was one of the best trip that I have ever been on. Blair always wanting to be at the race track early as possible. Barry was the funny one to watch he was so into it, and out of all of us who went I thought that he would be the least likely to get into I know that he will come around and start watching Nascar races. When you see him ask him how number 34 in doing in the point standings and also if he has found his $20.00 yet. Then there is Randy that would not buy anything for Sharon cause she would get mad I told him that he needs to buy something to become part of the Nascar groupies. At the end of the race he finally gave in and decided to get a small flag. Way to Randy Welcome to Nascar. Crap then there was Curtis. I had no clue how funny that kid is. He had me laughing the whole time. When we were waiting for all of us to meet up at the car rental place(that is when Barry lost his so called $20.00). Just to give you a quick run down we were only to bring on 1 suit case as per Barry, Here comes Curtis with 2 suit cases and a carry on bag. I was quite mad when I saw that, I thought that I would be the Princess of this trip but I gave my title to Curtis cause he got more than 1 suit case. He tried saying that he was out of town for work, but I know that princess needed his thing to make him look pretty. So if you are going to take anything out of what I wrote remember that you all must go to at least one Nascar race and watch 4 year old play soccer.
